On-site amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a microwave and a capsule coffee machine. This holiday apartment also offers a private balcony. A bakery, a grocery store and a bar are situated directly next to the property. Moreover, there is a public swimming pool with thermal water and sauna area in the village. Public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space is available in the garage. Please note that the underground garage is a bit narrow. If you have a large car or do not feel comfortable parking, it is recommended to use a public parking lot (5 minutes walk away). The property has motorbike, bicycle and ski storage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking inside the building and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests can smoke on the balcony. The house is located on the main road, in the center of the village. Therefore, with the windows open you can hear the traffic from time to time. But when the windows are closed, the apartment remains very quiet, as the house has very good insulation (building A class). Inside, a good ventilation system works as well as a modern air conditioning system (floor cooling or heating), so you can control the temperature for each room and also get the air from outside.
